Funerals
WITH CARE AND DIGNITY
Personal and Respectful Farewells
Space to honour the person who has died, support the people who are grieving, and reflect the life, values and relationships that mattered most.
Saying goodbye to someone you love is one of life’s most difficult moments. A funeral, memorial service or celebration of life should provide space to honour the person who has died, support the people who are grieving, and reflect the life, values and relationships that mattered most.
Mark works with families to create meaningful, personal and respectful farewell ceremonies. His role is to listen carefully, help shape the service, and write and deliver a ceremony that feels authentic to the person being remembered.
Each ceremony can include personal storytelling, tributes, readings, music, cultural or family traditions, and the details that help reflect the personality and life of your loved one.
OPTION 1
Funeral Celebrant
Mark provides supportive funeral celebrant services for families wanting a meaningful and respectful farewell ceremony.
A funeral service can be shaped around the life, personality, values and relationships of the person being remembered. Mark can help with ceremony planning, life story writing, tributes, readings and the delivery of a service that gives family and friends space to gather, remember and say goodbye.
The focus is always on creating a ceremony that feels personal, calm and appropriate for the people at the centre of it.
OPTION 2
Memorial Service Celebrant
A memorial service is often chosen when a family wishes to honour and celebrate someone after a burial, cremation or private farewell.
This type of ceremony may take place without a casket present, with or without ashes included. It can also be held at a later date, giving family and friends time to come together in a way that feels right.
Mark helps families create memorial services that include personal storytelling, readings, tributes and meaningful details that reflect the person's life, values and relationships.
OPTION 3
Celebration of Life Services
A celebration of life is a personal way to honour someone's life, often with a focus on memories, stories, relationships and the moments that made them who they were.
This type of ceremony can be more relaxed, reflective, warm or uplifting, depending on the wishes of the family and the personality of the person being remembered.
Mark works with families to create a celebration of life that feels genuine and respectful, while allowing space for grief, gratitude, memories and connection.
